Yes – our courses are designed to allow busy professionals to shape learning around their other commitments, from business travel to last-minute meetings.

All our HR courses and assessments are 100% online (except for 2 exams at Level 7), so there are no workshops, classrooms or travel expenses.

Your employees can study from their office, from home, while travelling, or on their commute or lunch break – anywhere with an internet connection.

They’ll work through their course completely at their own pace within the course support period.

Day-to-day, this means they can learn whenever suits them best. Week-to-week, this means that they’re free to take breaks from study when needed, whether there’s a project deadline coming up or a personal commitment that limits their study time.

As long as they’re on track to complete their qualification within the support period, your staff can seamlessly shape learning around their schedule.

Yes - as our CIPD courses are 100% online, we can train staff in any country except Iran, North Korea, Sudan, South Sudan or Syria.

If your employees are sitting Level 7 exams, contact your nearest British Council to confirm where they can sit them locally.

CIPD Registration and Student Membership Fees

You’ll pay a CIPD Registration and Student Membership fee for employees studying a Certificate or Diploma. For staff studying an Award, only the Registration fee applies.

CIPD will contact your learners directly to arrange their fees after enrolment.

 

CIPD Level 7 Exam Fees

If your staff are studying the two Level 7 modules that are assessed by exam, you’ll pay an exam fee for each sitting. This is payable when you book their exams.

Of course! Whether you’re enrolled by your company or self-funded, you’ll receive the same course access and unlimited support.
