Online learning is growing - ICS Learn acquires Development Processes Group (DPG)

ICS Learn, the UK’s leading online learning organisation of professional qualifications, has acquired fellow provider DPG. Both companies will combine their collective knowledge and talent with the aim of delivering an unrivalled experience for students starting or advancing their career in HR.

ICS Learn and DPG will continue to offer online qualifications in HR through the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). Both companies will be run by the ICS Learn board and will ensure consistency and quality across an expanding market, benefiting both students and shareholders alike.

Online learning has grown significantly in recent years as technology and connectivity develops alongside education and this trajectory has been accelerated during the Covid-19 pandemic. The market is forecasted to be $350 billion by 2025.
